YONA Terms of Use

YONA provides scheduling, CRM, inventory, payment-status, document, and integration tools. Features may depend on plan and configuration.

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, assign least-privilege roles, and report suspected misuse.

The organization is responsible for lawful customer-data collection, consent-template content, retention periods, and required notices or permissions.

You may not upload illegal content or malware, process data without a lawful basis, commit fraud, or bypass service restrictions.

YONA helps transmit booking and payment-status information, but it is not the service provider and does not perform customer procedures. The organization sets cancellation and refund policies subject to law.

Payments are handled by an external provider. Telegram, Payme, and other integrations depend on their own systems and terms.

New workspaces may receive a trial. Paid plans are billed for the selected term; the total is shown before redirecting to Payme.

Administrative access may be restricted when a trial or paid term ends. Mandatory statutory refund rights are not excluded.

We aim to keep the service available and correct but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, and exceptional events may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by law, YONA is not responsible for indirect loss, a business's decisions, procedure quality, or third-party integration conduct.

We may change the service and these terms by publishing an updated date. Material changes should be communicated reasonably.

Access may be suspended for a terms breach, security risk, or binding legal requirement. Questions can be sent through the official contact form.
